1. Intending buyers of Board Publications will log on to WBBSE portal “https://www.wbbsebooksale.in” and then from home screen choose the options “Catalogue & Price of Books”.
2. Select books from the list.
3. Specify the required quantity.
4. Payment of the cost of Books to be made through the SBI E-Pay Payment Gateway, into the designated Bank Account of WBBSE.
5. Schools intending to make a purchase should click on the “Calculate Price” button at the bottom of the Book List, so that applicable discount, if admissible, shall be deducted while calculation is done.
6. Click on the “Proceed to Pay” button, which will redirect to SBI E-Pay Payment Gateway.
7. Upon successful transaction, a message will display “Your transaction completed successfully” along with the “Requisition No.” and SBI issued “Marchant Order No.”.
8. In case of unsuccessful transaction, the message will indicate “Your transaction has failed”.
9. Schools have the option to select “Back to Order” to pay later. Following successful payment, the Requisition Status will show as “Pending for Delivery,” and the Payment Status will show as “Payment Successful”.
10. Purchased items will be packed and delivered to the school using Courier/Speed Post. The Requisition status will be updated to “Despatched,” and after delivery, it will change to “Delivered”
11. For each purchase, the Invoice cum Challan will be mailed to the buyer along with an SMS alert.
