- Looks after entire Establishment matters of existing officers and the employees of the Board and their recreation and welfare activities.
- Ensuring appointment, posting and transfer of the staff as well as awarding promotion to them in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations in vogue in the Board.
- Maintenance and sanction of leave enjoyed by the staff members of the Board.
- Modernization of the Board's Office Management System by optimal utilization of Computers and conduct in-service Computer Training.
